| Hi! My name is Pat Cassutt. I am currently teaching second grade at Gertie Belle Rogers. Previously, I taught for 9 years at John Paul ll. I am now starting my fourth year year at GBR. I graduated from Dakota State University with a BS in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. I also taught preschool for 16 years prior to that. I have two children. Jarvis graduated in 2005 from Mitchell High School and is working full time at Trail King-West Plant as a wood decker. Abby is now a senior at MHS and plans to attend Mitchell Tech after Christmas. You can also find me at Coborn's on most weekends and in the summer. This summer I made the big jump and began my Masters in Reading at USF. I will continue to take classes throughout the school year too. This was a huge step for me as I have been out of school for over 20 plus years. I also spent the summer repainting the outside of my house. I enjoy spending time walking, fishing, and goofing around outside. I love the summer months!! My favorite color is green and bright orange. I love to eat fish and tacos.
